Today in Toroa class we did something called groove pizza. In groove pizza you choose a type of beat and the you push buttons to make a sound. Then you push the play button to play your beat. This is my one.

Today in Toroa class we made a superhero or villain using an app called Craiyon. First we had to describe our character on a google document and then we copied the description and pasted it into the idea box. After that we waited for a minute and then a lot of choices of pictures showed up. This is the one that I made.

Today in Toroa class we made an infographic about scams. A scam is a fake website that tries to tempt you to do things like give away personal information. This is the one that I made.
Today in Toroa Class we made an artwork on sumo art. Sumo art is a website with a lot of different tools to use. I used the symmetry tool and the ink tool. If you use different tools you will get a completely different image. It was hard to find out how to draw at the start but when I figured it out it was easy. This is the piece of art I made.
Today in Toroa we did an activity about real and fake images. We had to use Tineye to find out if the image was real or fake. When we had found it out we moved a tick onto the right box. After we had to decide if it was misinformation or disinformaion. Misinformation is when someone might have made something fake by mistake. Disinformation is when someone makes something fake but does it on purpose. This is my pick a path.
Today in Toroa we used Google Earth to mark places in the world. We had to use the search tool to find the place we wanted. We needed to have at least eight jumps, using all of the continents. We also had to say what it was and why we wanted to go there.

Today in Toroa class we did work on collaborative Google Docs. We got put with a buddy and the younger one had to share a document with the other person. Then we had to play a game of Tic tac toe using different computers. After we had to make a story alternating words with our partner. It is important to be respectful when working collaboratively on google docs because if you are not then they might get mad because you can not show emotions.

Today in Toroa we did a task about knowing what to do if you are cyberbullied. We made a poster on google drawing to show the five steps of what you are supposed to do. The steps spell out the word SMART. This is my one.

Today In Toroa class we made Japanese Notan Art. We were learning about copyright and how it automatically applies. We were doing Notan Art to show that we could not copyright on that because no one’s would be the same. Instead of doing it on paper we did it on google drawing. We had a black square and had to use the polyline and curve tools to create the art. We also had to use only black and white shapes to make it look like parts are cut out of the square. This is my Notan Art.
In kauri today we made a word art to show what media we use. I was surprised to see that I watched tv more than anything else. This is my word art.
